MIT Grad ABSK is a group of graduate students committed to creating a friendly environment and serving as a resource for learning about, or growing in, the Christian faith. We seek to experience koinonia--Greek for "fellowship"--and to share our spiritual walks with one another through Bible study, prayer, outings, and other activities. In all of our gatherings, our focus is on knowing God and each other with the Bible, the Word of God, as the starting point. ABSK stands for Asian Baptist Student Koinonia but is open to anyone interested in fellowship. Any member from the MIT community and their guests are warmly invited to join all of our events.

Monday 9/3 noon: Labor Day Picnic

Please join us as we kick off the new academic year and celebrate Labor Day with a picnic on the Charles! We’ll be having lunch and enjoying the day along the river with a number of available activities (e.g. volleyball, kayaking, etc.). If you’d like to join, please contact Jill (jillar[at]mit[dot]edu) for more details and/or if you’d like a ride to the park.

And please invite your friends too! All are welcome :) See you there!

Friday 8/31 3-5pm: Activities Midway

Hooray! A new school year is under way.
To all our incoming students, welcome to MIT! And to our continuing students, welcome back!

Please stop by our table at Activities Midway tomorrow! We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you :)
